Our Mission

Our mission is to address the awkward and often misunderstood issue of disordered eating. We are building a compassionate community for support along with valuable resources to facilitate recovery and nurture healthy body image.

As we love to say, “There is only one YOU in TRUE.” What we mean by that is that your truth is unique. Staying true to you, therefore, cannot be defined by anyone else — not your parents, your loved ones, nor the media — and we’re here to help you find your own path to confidence and a happy life.
